Michigan Warriors Youth Organization, we believe that positive change begins with community engagement. Strong communities build strong futures. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth and supporting families through hands on programs, resources, and a safe space for growth and connection.
Our Mission is to empower youth and uplift communities by providing resources, support, and opportunities that meet our youth at their barriers, not their breaking points. Fostering resilience, self worth, and the opportunity to rise. We are committed to being the bridge between needs and solutions.
Our Services With the support of generous donors and volunteers, we go beyond traditional outreach. Our services include,
• The Community House : A safe and welcoming space where youth can gather, learn, create, and build. The Community House serves as a hub for events, mentorship, workshops, and resource distribution.
• Events and Youth Activities: Hosting engaging and meaningful events that promote creativity, entrepreneurship, and community involvement.
• Programs: Offering access to programs that enrich and empower through positive productive progress.
• Clothing and Shoes: Offering essential items to ensure our clients have what they need to feel confident and comfortable.
• Transportation: Assisting with transportation to help remove barriers to access.
• Sporting Equipment and Uniforms: Making it possible for youth to participate in sports without financial strain.
• Meals: Providing food during events and programs to nourish minds and bodies.
• Sporting Fees: Covering registration and participation costs for youth in sports and extracurricular to ensure access.
Our Impact Each year, we touch the lives of hundreds of young people and families. Every donation and volunteer effort directly supports our work; from keeping the lights on at the Community House, to providing a warm meal, a workshop, or new pair of shoes. We believe in transparency, compassion, and building futures one life at a time.
